Hourly Rates

Photo Shoot – $175/hour
Minimum 2-hour booking

Video Shoot – $175/hour
Minimum 2-hour booking

Film Production – $475/hour
Minimum 4-hour booking

Food & Beverage Add-ons

Customized catering is available upon request. We’ll help fuel your team with delicious options tailored to your shoot day.

Deposits & Additional Fees

Booking Deposit – 50% of total cost required to reserve your date

Cleaning Fee (if applicable) – $275

Refundable Damage Deposit (Film Productions only) – $1,000

Block Booking Packages

Half-Day (4 hours: 8 AM to 12 PM)

  • Photo or Video Shoot – $675

  • Film Production – $1,850

Full Day (8 hours: 7 AM to 3 PM)

  • Photo or Video Shoot – $1,300

  • Film Production – $3,600
